Each shirt is individually garment-washed, so slight variations in color, fading, and texture may occur. These differences are a natural part of the vintage-wash process and make every piece unique.

For best results, wash inside out in cold water with similar colors and avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry to help preserve the print and washed finish.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Free U.S. Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the continental United States. Buy any 2 items and save $10 automatically at checkout.

Delivery Delays:
Delivery times may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend placing your order early when shopping for a specific date or event.

Package Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier’s website or directly through our store.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item, incorrect size, incorrect design, or a product with a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the oversized fit are not accepted. Please review the product measurements and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Because each T-shirt is individually garment-washed, slight variations in color, fading, texture, and wash patterns are normal and are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at support_agent@teezfuel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

The approved item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs when the item received is incorrect or confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any other approved return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Order Cancellation and Processing Fees

Refunds requested before shipment may be subject to the following non-refundable processing fees:

Within 2 hours of placing the order: No processing fee
Order not yet in production: $2 processing fee
Order already in production but not shipped: $3 processing fee

Important Notes

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after shipment, except when the item received is incorrect or defective.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
